Club Members as part of the State Junior Team

South Coast Cycling would like to wish all the juniors selected to represent South Australia, especially our club members, the very best for the weekend, at the 2016 Junior National Road Championships.

South Australia has selected 15 of our top juniors across the Men’s and Women’s U15 and U17 categories to represent Team SA at the Junior Road National Championships in Bendigo this weekend.

The three-day event will see up to 236 juniors take to the road in three races across the two age categories.The following athletes have been named in the South Australian Team:

The National Championships will kick off on Friday 2nd of September at Emu Creek with riders taking on an individual time trial. U15s will complete the 10km course, while U17s take on the 14km course.

Saturday will see riders tackle the road race in Bendigo, with the U15s completing 31.5km, half that of the U17s 63.0km course.

The championships will wrap up on Sunday with a criterium course in Bendigo.
