Currently the Level 1 Course consists of completing a Workbook then gaining practical experience in various roles at Road and Track before a practical assessment undertaken by Susan Mitchell, Kimberley Conte or Lyle Baird.

This is to advise you of the upcoming
Annual General Meeting of South Coast Cycling members.

1^st June 2019 @ 5 until 6pm
SCC Club Room
Edwardstown Function Room
3 East Terrace, South Plympton

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about South Coast Cycling’s operations and finances
• ask questions about the operations and finances of South Coast Cycling
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any resolutions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the annual report
• accept the Treasurer’s report
• elect Committee Members.

Nominations will be called for from the floor for Office bearers.
Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer and Committee members.

If more than one person nominates for any office, or if there are more nominations than there are committee places, there will be an election. Election can be through a show of hands or by secret ballot.
